“Jim” holds advanced degrees in Economics and Industrial Psychology. With over 30 years of experience in Life Sciences, he has held corporate staff roles in HR, Finance, and Corporate Communications as well as General Management/CEO positions in Pharma, CROs and start-up Device and IT product companies serving the clinical trials space. Jim has had P&L responsibility for businesses on 5 continents and has lived in the US, Europe and Africa.

Dr. Dworaczyk has over 30-yrs of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and CRO industry where he has held senior level positions in R&D, Global Operations, Business Development (L&A/M&A), Clinical Development, Strategic Planning, R&D Portfolio Analysis, Project Management and Commercial Operations. He has done extensive work with numerous healthcare, Pharma, Biotech and CRO focused Venture and Private Equity investment groups assessing and evaluating investment opportunities from an operational, strategic and business potential perspective. Dr. Dworaczyk advanced degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology and in Leadership and Business Administration.

Her experience spans Fortune 500 companies and start-up, high-growth organizations, across the technology and health care industries. Patty holds a Masters degree in Public Administration.

Laura brings more than 17 years in sales and marketing roles in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, with a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to accomplish financial goals for pharmaceutical and biotech products. She has worked in both large pharma and small biotech companies, leading teams and planning launch strategies for multiple products. Laura has worked on three continents and many countries, enabling her to effectively communicate across cultural barriers and understand fundamental differences in marketing strategy across regions. Laura’s core competencies include assessing product value propositions, building launch strategies and tactical plans, informing clinical trial planning and creating product acquisition or divestiture strategies and messages. She has particular expertise in identifying reimbursable differentiation throughout all phases of development, launch and lifecycle. Laura has an advanced degree in business administration.
